LET’S KEEP KIDS LEARNING BY KEEPING GERMS AWAY

In 2019, we set out with a mission to help schools reduce absenteeism due to preventable illness with our Lysol® HERE for Healthy Schools Program. It’s a big vision, but it starts with our smallest – our kids. To date, over 30,000 teachers and 60% of elementary schools have participated across Canada. And as we welcome more schools into our HERE community, the program continues to grow.

Participation in the Lysol® HERE for Healthy Schools Program is FREE and with a sign up, the elementary school of your choice may be eligible for a Welcome Back Pack. Each Welcome Back Pack contains healthy habits lesson plans & activities, germ prevention protocols and other helpful resources for the classroom. Together, we’ve got this!

TEAMING UP WITH STAPLES CANADA FOR MORE HEALTHY HABITS

Lysol® HERE for Healthy Schools is proud to team up with Staples Canada! We are two brands that share a passion for serving and supporting the school community. The healthy habits learning materials in our Welcome Back Pack are printed by Staples, who are also assembling and delivering the kits to elementary schools across Canada. By joining forces, we can deliver the HERE Program to more Canadian schools, for a welcome back like never before. Oh, and this is only the beginning! Stay tuned for more updates on how we collaborate to help curb the spread of illness in Canadian classrooms.

A Year Like No Other (2021)

Not all heroes wear capes. Some teach how to spell it. This mini-documentary by Lysol, has 4 such heroes reflect on their challenges of teaching during the pandemic, what they did to ensure their students were safe and what they are looking forward to the most about going back to school this year.
